Would they?....I'm not sure how apparent it is as I have never heard that before and it wouldn't be the first time a shop has gotten mislabled fish.

Well I'm fairly sure the congoensis is much harder to get due to the areas which is comes from are much harder to get to

Noted.I tried googling them earlier but nothing came up for identification.Even in one of my old books there is very limited info on them.

I've decided if he gets to big or to aggressive he will get his own tank he is now my favorite knife ever. I come into the room he comes out to the front tank and watches me for a min then goes back to his casve

Awesome knife. I think the only knife's we get here in Australia are Black Ghost Knife fish
My BGK is abount 12 inches or so now. Hopefully some other types of knife fish will turn up here I love oddball fish.
