I would like to stick with Hikari or Ching. All I can get my hands on locally is OSI. Any good???
Camphilophus;4301721; said:Osi sucks. Any good cichlid pellet is good for your flowehorns. I like omega one, new life spectrum, hikari, cichlid xtreme, danichi, and stuff from kensfish.com is good too. Most LFS usually carry frozen/freeze dried food that is good to give to your flowerhorns every here and there also.

Camphilophus, I see ya mention freeze dried foods as well. You know I value your input, but i read somewhere that freeze dried foods should not be fed to FH's....Any reason why someone would say such a thing? I myself use frozen bloodworms and such, but have not used freeze dried.
You think I can use them....I want to add more variety to all of my fishes diets....flowerhorns, RT, and SA/CA cichlids.
