I just finished putting a turbo kit on a scion FR-S with 1200 miles on it for a customer. he is planning on drifting it. All I know is the warranty is voided and he knows it because he knows it because he signed a waver.

That 50' dodge is bad ass! And a turbo diesel mtr....just crazy!

Makes me sad I miss my s2000 so bad. I had to trade in on a minivan I hope to get another one some day I loved that car. My username was my license plate. Rivers is my last name and s2k for s2000

Its a nice car. Ive wanted one for a while.

That's a cool car. I was planning on getting one maybe next year. Then toss a huge engine in it.

Bad idea. The FRS actually slung a rod in less than 24hrs. Nothing like a brand new car with 2 gaping hols in the block...And this was with a 7lb 93 octane base map. I'm assuming either driver error or a boost spike caused by faulty wastegate. Either way the customer is now headed to south FL to get an STI motor put in. Proof high compression and turbos don't mix. Even with direct injection.
