My light dimming method

I painted my tubes blue on both ends leaving about 6 inches in the middle unpainted,,, the effect is remarkable,,you get a nice blue hue on both ends of the tank and a ray of light coming down the center like a ray of sunshine,,,,,prob not a good idea for anyone that has plants that need alot of light.

good tip mate
i bought a small neon like the ones used under cars
its about 5 inches so is quite dim but my cats seem way more active with it on
