My little collection of Hybrids

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Thanks for the compliments bro! Checked your links on your sig and am now following your thread can't wait to see how those faders turn out. The Mammon by the way are growing at a fairly fast rate presently matching my juvenile Umbee. I can't wait till they get their KoK/Nuchal bump and really put on some girth.
Thanks man! The faders are a fun project. Keep updating the Mammon progress, they are a favorite for me too.

I'll definitely update on the Mammons. I'm hoping to do a breeding project myself with the flowerhorns and am having 2 Dragon ZZ transhipped to me. I also wanted to see what would happen if I could get that pearly Short Body to breed with a BP, if the offspring retain the pearls but inherit the orange color they should be pretty decent looking SB's in my opinion. Thanks again bro.

Are you trying to troll by insulting my fish and thereby others who appreciate these kind of fish? It would seem so as why bother searching the forum dedicated to these "deformities" and comment negatively on them when you have all the rest of MFK to browse if you don't appreciate these fish. As such you must hate dogs who have been grossly misshapen from their natural form to appease human desires and sense of attractiveness. Dogs such as Bulldogs who often have breathing problems and eye problems, Boxers whose over selective breeding has caused an extremely shortened life span, Great Danes and other large dogs who suffer from being too large and the problems these traits bring. Nearly every breed suffers from ailments due to our selective breeding and our effect can be seen all around us at the world at large. As such I will agree something is sad here but it isn't the fish, it's how ugly and misshapen this world must seem to you.

Beautiful collection
Thank you very much sir, I appreciate the compliment.

Great comment. There isn't a hole to argue. I especially like how you tied the end in there. That's how you troll a troll.. I'm not one for the hybrids myself but I sure can not deny the beauty in some.

Thanks I appreciate the support especially from someone who isn't a hybrid fan. I tried to maintain myself and make a logical point without sinking to a personal insult and I hope I accomplished that in my response. I also appreciate that despite not being a fan your open minded. Personally I wasn't a fan or nay-sayer from the get go but I did prefer rare natural beauties initially. How ever after diving into hybrids I've learned to appreciate both sides of the fence.

He's plain as far as colors go but his personality and thick body balance it out in my opinion.

Haven't posted here in a while but figured I'd quickly update my KML who keeps changing as time goes on. First his pearls where large and now they're smaller and he's beginning to show some yellow in his face and the red in his eyes really pops now. One of the reason I like these guys is watching them change as you never quite sure what the juvenile you buy will look like when he's all grown.
