current stocks are:
cherry shrimps
oto catfish
hillstream loaches
horseface loaches
snails, but dunno what type???id help pls...
a neon fish

cheers

They are mystery snails I believe. Looks pretty crowded and why do you only have one neon? That's like having only one potato chip.

that was just a small container I used while doing the tank cleaning, but they're all in my 7g tank. As for the neon was just a bonus given I got from the lfs when I bought the snails.

Those are nerite snails

ismt that tank a little...small?

The tank is 7 gallons? 7 gallons is still way too small?

They should be in a 20 gallon long at least... and hillstream loaches have pretty specific requirements of clean heavily oxygenated water for long term health. And one neon is going to be really stressed from not having a school to be with.

I keep a couple hillstream loaches in my other tank, no need for special maintenance, they do just fine. You said 7g is too small??for what? those fishes I hv on the photo are no bigger than 3cm. Besides, I reduce the stocks which now remain only the hillstream loaches, the oto catfishes and the snails. Why would you need a bigger tank?If it happens that the fishes out grow the tank, then I'll move them into a bigger tank which I have already prepared.
