Thanks Gal....

She is doing remarkably better now a days......I got her into speech therapy, counseling(sp),private school...And things are really comming along-She has learned alot and is moving right along with her class mates now.....Instead of being about 2 years behind-She's only about a half a year behind everyone now.......So efforts have been well worth the troubles.....

Her tooth should be comming in soon.....They are all getting very loose and new one want to come in already.......

Appreciate the kind words......
Oh I'm sorry, I never realized she was disabled also! Please give her a hug!

Thanks Tom....

Oh yeah-She loves her fish already......I got a few spare tanks for her when she's ready.......I can't stand Nemo's (thats what she wanted)-But picked her up a Blue spot Blenny for my Reef tank for her......

LOL-
She isn't disabled Gal........Just has a worthless mother that didn't do jack with her or for her when she was younger---Hence putting her behind in life from the get go is all.......

I have now had full custody for a bit over a year now...I am a single father now.......And have had to due all the Motherly things that she never did for my daughter......

Anyhow....Just figured I should give ya a quick heads up on it is all...

-But I'll certainly still give her that hug-

You mean to say, she disowned the little mite! Thank heavens you've got custody of her, she'll grow up well with you!

Basically,Yes-she did-

Mom decided to take a stint on crack-Got tired of watching my little girl and took her to a friends house to watch her for the day-The mother did not come back for over two months-----I had one of her friends give me a call from Washington State to let me know what was going on-One she did this-I imediatly started custody proceedings----Took me over two years and $30,000 to get my girl------But it has been worth every penney to know my little girl will be properly raise dand in a secure home now.....

Alot more whent on---But this is all just a very quick version of things.....
Needless to say I picked a real winner to "spawn" with......

But life is great now and things are comming along nicely for the both of us.....

This has touched my heart! Life can get better :)

I work with children who have SEN (special educational needs) it seems to amaze me how much their parents have little to do with their learning ability. yet every now and again you see parents desprite to give their child all the help they need and as a SENCO teacher it's so ugh bloody refreshing to hear that.

:D
