so if there venezuela... whats the diagnostic feature that tells you that. i had some johannas and from what i remember that looked very similar to those at that size.

Notice the much narrower lateral band on the Venezuelas? And the relative lack of black spots on your Johanna's head?

if i can get it to come out of hiding ill get some pics but it'll prolly be a few months before i can get some really quality pics of it. Its currently in a 500 gallon indoor ghetto pond, there are alot of hiding places for a 4" pike. i picked it specifically over its tank mates because it has what looks like the beginning of a white stripe through its (her hopefully) dorsal. i figured if im gonna get a venz i might as well do whatever i can to try to get a female to color it up a little.
