Good stuff. I have a spare 15 gallon, maybe I'll make that a saltwater tank. But I haven't a clue how to even start one. The last time I asked a LFS, he said to get water straight from the sea and that all I need was a HOB filter. That way, water changes will be hell man.

Well your LFS is not right lol. You don't need ocean water (almost all public aquariums use a saltwater they mix up with a commercial salt) Starting a sw is very easy IMO if you want help just ask use in the saltwater secction we will be more than willing to help.
