Ok.. update.. It's mouth is banged up even more even though I haven't heard it hitting the glass.. it's tank is in my basement and it is 100% completely dark at night, do you think that could be the problem? Maybe it needs a night light? lol

I doubt that it needs light at night,but if you feed him daily try feeding him at night so that way it is stuffed and content and the activity level may drop,or you could replace the lid with some kind netting to jump against and go back to the lid in the morning.If this continues something is going to give and I doubt if it is going to be the plastic.

actualy,lights do help prevent them from jumping.
but i'd lower the water level.
i know a few people had them jump for weeks then just stop.

Yea it's cycled.. It was in my 29 that was already set up.. I used all the water, decor and my filter from that tank so it was like doing a 50% water change..
