You guys are making me want a congi. Had no idea they liked to jump.How do you guys control the Mexican jumping beans?

The lids on the 300 are pretty heavy so I'm good but I keep the feeding Port duct taped

Alexkoj Alexkoj , there is that moment when you see your poly chomping down that your brain is in a panic must be thinking: 'What do I do?'

The choices? Grab the net and save the fish or get the camera. Likely the damage was done already so the net wouldn't have helped but you did get the shot. Cool picture but sorry for the fish, Congi will be Congi after all.

I would say that’s a pretty racist comment you made prior. Why does it have to be Mexican for it to jump? I don’t know about you, but some people would find that pretty offensive you don’t see me saying..... not even gonna stoop to that level but yah you should get my point..

The mexican jumping bean is the term used when cydia moth larva lives in seed pods. The larvae moves, so the seed appears to jump. These moths are native to Mexico. I was unaware that it was a derogatory remark, nor did I mean it as one to disparage or ridicule anyone. My perception of the phrase is bright jelly beans being thrown in the air.
