is Omega One Super Color a high quality flake. and your only suposed to feed once a week??

Not sure i would have to see a proper container, but i would recommend Nutrafin MAX, it has lots of vitamins.
Forgot t mention Improvit for cichlids <- that REALLY enhances colour, it comes in a click feeder container.
No.... feed them everyday.... just brine shrimp once a week because its high in protein which is the reason yours are dieing

Why no protien? just asking. I am growing out a few and they get a lot of protien. They also get a lot of hikari gold.

Protein is not good for mbuna. Research Malawi Bloat.

What he said^^^

Try feeding some frozen peas. I guarantee that they will like it but make sure you run them under some cool water for a few seconds so you can take the skins off of them. By the way before you worry about what to feed them make sure they are cured of the bloat. Even if all of them died and you didn't kill off the bacteria that caused the bloat then it will continue to reinfect any fish you put in there.
