Man that's too bad George. I feel for you. I would almost die if something happened to my istlanum pair or festae pair. I hope you can find another. I know joe is selling his pair.
Ok I got some pics but my ex-wife pawned my laptop...LOL. So when I get to a computer I'll upload them.
They are gorgeous, I didn't care to have a Istlanum until I seen yours. I have seen others, but none of them showed the color that yours show or the hump

Thank you very much. As of right now these are one of my favorite. I pulled the divider last week and they totally hit it off. I haven't had to put divider in since. I'm very skeptical cause of the stories I've heard of about the males. So they are being watched very close with divider ready. I'm looking for a spawn soon
the colors on female are intense. Instead of bright yellow on upper half, she has more of a irridescent green covered in blue spangles. Hard to exlpain but ill have to post pics as soon as I can

Wish I would have had that luck. I had 4 and one male killed all 3 others over the span of about 3 weeks. I thought he and a female were doing it and had formed a pair, but no such luck...he just hated all the others. Hope it works out for you. Theyre beautiful.

Well I bought them back in November and they were 3". I kept them in divider till now. I tried a couple times without and it wasn't pretty. They are now, male 7"+ and female 5"+. So far I'm pretty lucky with them. I'll will update.
