he's about 8-9" at the minute. but he seems to grow in width then length then width so although these grow quick, its not has quick as some people think. i am already though thinking ahead on the lines of a large setup in the garage depending on cost! i would hate to have to let him go but you have to do whats right for the fish. but i dont think there would be many others locally who could house him so if the worst comes to the worst he would probrably end up at my lfs, the guy is very good there and has a huge tank and also loves mbu's which helps.
