F0 Means wild caught.and I agree that it is amazing he took over that tank. And the jag is doing great. She's at my buddies paired up with his male spawning constantly

And it is certainly not my first go around at fish......I know what to expect to a certain degree...I have had many aggressive fish that would coconside with many other aggressive cichlids....But anyhow....

Mean little bugger...But then again I have said that my bigger fish are very docile...He picked on the little guy while in my 125 so I thought that this might settle him down a bit---I was certainly wrong-Only seemed to piss him off or something...
I may give you a pm in acouple weks though to pick it up if I cna not settle him down a bit somehow.....
Glad to hear the Jag is doing good though.....The nicer fish are hard to come by around here anymore..

I hope it works out for you and I hope you are able to keep him. They are amazingly beautiful fish. I am also surprised that he runs a 500G with all those other fish in the tank. He must have some huge personality.
The 8" male I have (also from freshwaterpredators) is currently paired with an 8" female in a 350 with an 10.5" Gold Saum and the pair does not mess with my Gold Saum at all. Infact the Suam owns that tank. Just goes to show you the personality is still up to the individual fish.
