Lookers! Any aggession as the fish look to be in good condtion. I haven't owned any midas for ages as they were always too aggessive.

Cheers people, aggression is minimal in my tank, most of thrm grew up together and my big tricolour has always been well socialised. As long as the other fish stand up for them selves they are pretty mellow in the 300, thr wyckii grabs the odd fin edge but thats not their fault..

Thanks, ya he's flying solo. He started life out with a large group of his siblings in a 125. By 4" or so he was running them back & forth the length of the 6ft tank all day long. He just refused to play nice with anything, even killed a little BN pleco that I had in with him for over a year. I just recently moved him into a 90 where he will live out the rest of his life. I've seen amphs do well in large groups, such as in your set up, this guy must be the exception to that rule.
 
Haha, sounds like he is living up to his name then!-) to be fair I have had to do some shuffling around and move on some very nice midas due to aggression!

I know mate it was hard to walk away but I've thought about it and can't see where it'll fit in , jags will shread her , malawis packed full with babies the kids will go mad if they disappear, shes too big for grow out dovii etc , and im too scared to put her in main tank because my jar and fh are still small , she is about 6"

I don't usually but im sick of problems in my tanks mate , don't worry it won't last lol , catfish is my weakness I can't help myself ;):D
