you use Biohome +and it works for sure but did you know they have just bought out a new Biohome called Bio Motion ? its for use in the bottle moving bed you have either with the plastic or on its own, I dont know if you can get it yet in Singapore but there is a ongoing trial on Singapore arofanatics site, I`m lucky because I managed to get hold of it here in the UK last year, knocks the socks off k1, just my opinion.

I just saw some videos at youtube regarding this Bio Motion.. Quite interesting. Thanks for the info dude...

Sold my Red pike last wk.. Due to unfriendly to others in the tank. So after that went for shopping and got myself GATF and Goonch (Devil Catfish)...

Lol.. Thankz dude.. i just left with Armatus, African aro and dorado to complete my dream tank.. Now is 70% almost complete.
