Nice job! How many GPH are you running?

When you net just make sure you don't net any small game fish. I had a game warden search my bucket a couple years ago. He told me he was going to write me a stack of tickets if anything else was in there. He also checked my fishing licence. I don't know if you need a licence to net non-game fish, but I get one every year for fishing anyway. Good luck!
 
That has a nice clean look to it even though it is just a tote and pvc.

I was going to say the same thing. Most fish and game people aren't really bad about it, but I'd be careful. There's always that one out there that didn't get any the night before..:screwy: I'd get a fishing license, just to be safe.:D

but if u dont fish, just research it at length under your states regulations or ask some people in the MFK fishing forum and who knows maybe there are some fish and game warrdens on here and ask them, other wise you could find a fish and game warrden to ask about legality!

because fishing liscenses are expensive and if ur not using it for fishing then if u feel that it'd save u money go ahead!
 
I do fish, licenses in Iowa are $17.50/year for residents. the pump I have on these are rated at 300gph and I don't think there is much restriction because everything is just hand pressed together and it doesn't leak from the joints (yet :) )

hey, wolfish01 Penn. fishing license cost 22.50. Not too expensive when you're spending 15.00 a week on feeders. Spend the money and get the license
 
And thanks for the idea of a feeder tank. I wanted a cheap solution for one too. I think I'll try this.

i was thinking that was on a "bad" week and more or less exaggeration!, and i dont kno how much they cost in IOWA!
