My monster firemouth

Unfortunately i bought this firemouth at this size so i think might be a bit stunted. Hes really tall and fat. Sad he might have not been his full potential. Hes is a solid 7" and 5" tall. He is awesome though. Thanks all for your replies. I love showing the potential of those common $2 fish people dont appreciate anymore.

At 7" I would say he is not stunted, merely fully grown. Or at least so near you don't notice a growth difference.

Yeah 7" is a fair size for it, not at all small/stunted.

That's about max size. I don't think he is stunted.

Thanks all. I guess its so tall i forgot its length was still ok for a firemouth. Its so round lol.

What a cool guy! I can't say I have ever seen a FM that large before. Nice fish lady!
