Every six months, I go to Canada. Most of the time, I visit Calgary, Alberta as I have many wonderful friends there, and I date a French Canadian that lives in Calgary. About two weeks ago, I flew to Montreal, Quebec, Canada to meet the family, and my possible future mother-in-law. Aside from getting tonsillitis, and strep throat, my recent trip was magnificent. My layover was in Toronto, so I can technically say I have been to Toronto, we visited Ottawa, Ontario, Canada where I was able to touch the Parliament Building, we visited Quebec City, where we stayed in Hotel Hilton on the 17th floor which overlooked the Quebec Parliament building, and of course I was able to explore Montreal a bit. I tried escargot for the first time, and in all honesty I liked it. Speaking French in Quebec was very cool, though I speak France French, so the accent was a bit difficult for me to understand at first, and overall I know it's an experience I will always remember
