It's a red devil not Midas. I am not good at recognizing cichlids.

It seems like it had a lot of Midas traits, so you probably are good at recognizing Cichlids, but Red devils and Midas look similar sometimes.

Thank you for the benefit of the doubt but I didn't pay much attention to other cichlids than flowerhorn in past, so I am really not good at it.

I think it crosses the line of kok size, completely out of proportion. Something like this midas has, feels is balanced size. May be slightly bigger is okay.

In a later video, the owner said he had mistaken them for red devil and are actually midas.
