Margined madtoms are native where i live, I sometimes help with a population study in a local lake. They are slowly being replaced by tadpole madtoms and we don't know why at this point.

This sounds strange. It could be a change in stream conditions. I know the tadpoles like slower, turbid water with a soft bottom. Whereas the marginated like cleaner rocky creeks

A saltwater barracuda? I've kept one that was about 6" when I bought it ,once about 20+ years ago. They are mainly brown when small. Another fish that cannot really be kept by the average hobbiest. Seems like I'm attracted to those. Lol!

Can you get any 6" smallmouth bass, 10" channel cats, and 6" freshwater striped bass?
