Just figured I would put my 2 cents in...considering that used to be my jar:

He's actually very mellow...never had any aggression problems with tankmates other than tinfoil barbs. He was in with a silver and black aro, some dats, a gar, an Pbass and he has been fine.

I just kept him nice and fat and happy and all was well.

He looks good Sticky...I hope all is well.
 
Thanks for your 2cent kenyan...i have not yet see any aggression from him (keeping my fingers cross).....he is very friendly as you told me. let just hope he stay that way. I feed my fish once a day and every day. The Jar get the first bite.
 
i sold the black aro couple months ago.
 
thats some serious risk you're taking... it would definitely be a waste if your jar killed or damaged your more prized aro
