I would paint the back black so that you can sort of make the overflow less sightful. It kind of steals you away from looking at the tank.

I will be constructing the stand and canopy tomorrow. There is still a lot of work to be done for this tank, to make it what I want it to be.

I would too but if I did the wife would cut off whatever I have left of my *uttz


But I cant complain though, she did give me the approve for another tank (240 gallon). That will be in the garage in a couple of months. So 3 tanks 200+ gallons is a good thing, I guess.
