My new 260 Gallon acrylic tank question

I went to Home to buy a sheet of plywood , but saw this product 1/2-in x 4-ft x 8-ft PVC Smooth Sheet . I bought it. Price was slightly higher than regular plywood . Hope its going to be better then regular plywood . PVC impervious to humidity pretty Smooth .Thickness is 1/2 inch .They also have 3/4 inches , but I think it's too thick , so I pick 1/2 inch .Hope it's going to work .I made 2 holes for bulkheads .
