I'm looking at the same dimensions as well. Just a heads up it's actually a 225g not a 260g.

I've used 2 different volume calculators and both have it at 260g, a 6x2.5x2 would be 225g, this is 7x2.5x2. I'll look into yacht varnish or something similar to waterproof it. Stock will be spotted gar, bichirs, tinfoil barbs and a lima shovelnose so far. Put another 1" board of ply on top and got my foam on top of that, ready for the tank to be filled on Thursday!

Also got my DIY light unit finished for the tank, it's square guttering with end caps, tinfoil glued inside and the bulbs mounted inside, i'm using the Light GLo 2x54w HO T5 unit.

Got it filled and finished today! So happy with it and my fish are loving it! You don't realise how wide it is until you see it side on.. Will add some more decor at some point
