Damn I thought it would be done by now I guess I have to wait patiently and see the finished tank...

Doing the plywood replacement sections & bondo filler tonight on the frame.

Sanding was done last night.

Wednesday I will sand the front frame area again and apply the first coat of pond armor
Thursday will apply the final coat of pond armor
Saturday I will prime the windows and pond armor areas, then re-install the windows

2 weeks later will be judgment day. lol

After removing the windows did you notice a leak area or "smoking gun". If so, was there a learning? For example one window leaked for sure because.... and the other two windows were fine because......

Too much damage from the removal to be sure. No obvious water stains that I could see.

However, the pond armor under it was way too thin that is for sure. I suspect there were several "pin hole" type leaks under the edge of the acrylic that was causing the leak.

Sounds like u have a lot on ur plate to take care of I hope all goes well and you have no more leaks...

Yea, best to give it maximum curing time to be safe. Even though the waiting is hard... not to mention having to keep your old house on hold.

2 coats of pond armor down today. Will see if I need to add any more tomorrow. If not I will prep the windows for installation on Saturday.
