my new 270

i just got my new 270 in, as u can see the kids would love to use it as a pool lol!
i got it for $350 brand new never had a drop in it , the only downfall is that it has a crack on the fronf pannel of glass on the lower left hand corner! i have all the patch silicone and glass already and as soon as the tank get to room temp. i'll start on that project.......
i'll keep u guys up to date!

will that work .... i have a 6x12 '' x5/8 piece of glass i wanted to put there but if just silicone would work i'll try that!

I would never trust silicone at the bottom of a 270 gallon tank imo... Nice score anyhow... Replace the glass.

I patched a 135 this way.. if it were me and I were going to pathc it.. would do so inside and out.

don't have the funds to replace that front pannel ...... back to plan A .... patch with a 6'x12'x5/8' piece of glass from the inside ..... was going to put that glue over the main crack that they use for rear view mirrors on ur windshield , then clean the silicone of the inside edges and silicone that lil piece of glass to the inside of the tank!!!
