thanks for checking out my tank everyone. to answer your questions its malaysian driftwood and it does stain the water. I myself like that effect. I also add ketapete pellets and blackwater extract to do the same thing. It will stop leaching in time though. the plants are actually wedged in cracks of the wood. I really lucked out here because the java fern is very well wedged and the anubius on te left is slid in a bigger crack which works well because it anchors the plant and keeps the rizome out of the substrate.. kind of neat huh. thanks againShadowVengance said:Wow, thats incredibleI hope i can get my new 25 setup as nicely. I have a few questions though, what kind of wood is that? No matter how long i've soaked my wood it seems to stain the water. And also, how did you get that plant to attach and grow on your drift wood?
