Update. Tonight I unloaded 5 ounces of blood worms into the tank, which covering 1/5 of tank bottom surface, and the baby tigs started to eat right away. I am very happy. Thanks everyone.
As of now, the tig hasn't been swimming vetically, maybe it didn't like the gravel? Now my new worries are overeating and bioload from worms?
BTW, I sleep around 4AM everynight, and it's not particular active at any period of time for this guy.
