My new 75 gallon brackish Q's

Bringing this thread back up because i finally got my pet store to order me fish. Got 2 archers, another dragon goby, and another g tile. Well the existing g tile eel is pretty much an ******* lol. He locked on the dragon fishes face, I separated them and it lived so I moved his cave to "reset his territory". Well then he went and started fighting with the other morray which is a 3rd his size. He's snapped at the 5" archers but they're too quick. This thing is about 14" long and about the diameter of a quarter. I think he was in the tank alone for too long and has claimed the whole tank as his therefore attacking everything. I don't know what to do but these fish aren't cheap but I didn't set up a 500$ fish tank for ONE 30$ eel because he wants to fight with everything. Anyone have an ideas on how to get him to calm down?

if you want to reset the territories pull the eel out of the tank for about a week. keep him in a separate tank and then after the week reintroduce him at night time. also rearrange the whole tank during that week, that way he thinks its a whole new place.

I Don't have another tank I could put him in and none of my friends tanks can handle him. If I move everything around while he's in there, he will still b territorial? He also killed my dragon fish last night :(

so moving everything around while he is in there may help a little but it is best to remove him from the situation. do you have a bucket you can keep him in? all you need is a container that holds water, just make sure it stays at temperature and has some movement in the water. maybe just pull him out for two days since you don't have a place to keep him for a week. sorry to hear about the loss of your goby. he really sounds like he is on a mission of destruction.
