Just thought i'd post this. I'm not done with it yet gonna do some re-arranging and get some more plants before I stock it up. Probably going to get some Bichirs and some
other oddball fish. Open to all opinions on what to do and how to improve.

Tank looks nice, is that drift wood one piece? If so i would try to put the base down in a rear corner or to one side and place plants all around it. I'm not into planted tanks so idk on what would be best.

Yeah it's one piece. I'm still deciding the layout of the tank so it will most likely get moved

get brownish redish sand (petco just came out with their own brand of perfect sand). get more wood. add an actuall backround. get some slate and make caves on either side of tank. middle of tank should be open for monsters. and some gold lighting. SA/CA cichlids or peacock bass/game fish maybe a stingray.

updated pics of my tank. I think that this tank is a 90 gallon, not a 75 gallon. I just always assumed that it was a 75 b/c i was too lazy to check. The water is still a little cloudy and i'm probably going to re-arrange some plants and the wood once it sinks.
