My new 75G tank

 • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
How tall is the tank? If it is 2' then it is a 90, if not it is a 75, but good looking tank. As to what fish to get the bichirs sounds good and maybe a couple medium size cichlids like severums, green terrors, or jack dempseys

Yes it is a 75 gallon and yes i'm planning to get a background for it. It's roughly 48"x 18'x 21" and i've been trying to stay away from cichlids b/c I know that they have a tendency to dig up plants. My stock right now however is

2x Polypterus Senegalus/Dehelzi
2x Pictus/4 line pimelodella Catfish

I'm also looking for some type of schooling fish that will fit.

congo tetras are usually a good choice but once the bichirs get big enough they will eat the tetras, so maybe a few silver dollars
