if you change the decor in your tank around it will fool all your fish into claiming new territory in the tank and they might leave each other alone or you could home the aggressor in a quarantine tank for a day or two while the jd settles in when you return him he will feel like the odd fish out and not bully them any more
JD's are tough fish... I'm sure in a couple of days he'll sort himself out as well.
As EvilKid mentioned - do some redecorating and you'll notice quite a difference in them and how they act.

cheers for the reasurance he's found a good hiding place now so hopefully when hes more settled he will get a bit braver at least he's eating thats the main thing
