this has worked for me many many times....

sometimes adding something in front of the tank that moves is a good idea as well(ie fans etc..) so the fish can get used to movement if yours are nervous when you approach the tank.....

your tank is 4.5'x4.5'x2.5'? that is actually 380gal rather then a 455...
