Mine is the same, peacful until he's bothered then brutal lol... Great character for a charachin!

I must say My Odoe has a very Cool Fang like skin flap on its lower jaw. Looks like some crazy K9 Fang, its tip has jagged edges and cover up pass Upper Jaw. I seen photos of other odoes with similar "Fangs" but not as Big as mines

Here's mine, bought it super small like 2-3" and as thick as a pencil. I've had him for like 2 years and it's easily pushing if not larger than a foot. I suck at taking pic's - sorry. Tankmates - 2ft ornate bichir, 1ft Goldust bichir, 1ft Lima cat, 14" Indo Dat, 1ft silver dat, 11-12" Brycon dentex, 8"-9" Red tail chalceus, 8" Black Ghost Knife fish, 5" male firemouth, 4" Gold nugget pleco, 4" medusa pleco.

HA! I found a few older pics - 2010 when he was 2-3" with a Red Tail Cuda he killed and the baby Indo. And 2011 when he was 8" in Vampire tank.

Nice size odoe, I've heard they hit 24+ inch in the wild, I'd like to c 1 that size!

Love the fact that you have an Odoe with Cichlids!! Very nice. I personally would never try that, but apparently your fish look healthy and happy, nice job!
