Are the white spots Ich? (are you familiar with Ich?).

-IF- it is Ich, the best treatment I know is to crank temperature to 86 degrees, add API Freshwater Aquarium Salt, and I've had good experiences with Rid-Ich. But alot of people also seem to just treat with increased temperature and salt. Goodluck.
 
I have been keeping fish for 22 years. So yes I know what ick is even though it has been a long long long time since I have had sick fish.
Thanks for the advice. You never know who might be new to the hobby.

These oscars are my favorite, I have two in my tank and they are just beasts! Gentle beasts, but I love watching them...

How big are your O's now? I've had mine 2 years now, love him haha!!!
