Its a 90 Galleon tank, right now I have Five guys in it, A Spiny Softshell, a Florida Red Belly, a RES, and a Ouachita Map and they all seem to do well together with no aggression, but they are still all around 2-4 inches and have plenty of space. Once they get larger the Softshell and AST will be going into their own 75 Galleon Tanks and later a pond, once big enough.
Also I have some crazy Filtration going on, I only have about 30 Gal of Water in the tank since I leave it low, but I have a Rena Filstar XP4 filter to ensure good water circulation and purity. I am doing water changes once a month now and even then, only because I feel I should because even after a month the water is sparkling clear and the levels are good.
Interesting mix. I would watch the snapper for aggression against the softshell since they can be vulnerable. One other thing...maybe someone else can chime in but is uvb effective at that height? I thought i was something like under 12". GL with them.

Its rated for 18 inches, but I should check. So far no aggression, but then again the Softshell stays in his own liitle side of the tank and doesn't go near the AST.
