Peruvian biotope: 135g, 3x3x2.

I have given the tank a re-do. I decided that the current setup wasn't enough like my vision of peru. After a lot of research, I have found that stalsbergi reside in more rocky areas. So I added a lot more rocks. I also added 15kg more sand so that I could have different levels of sand. The tank is a little murky due the sand. I also carried out a 80-90% water change.

attached is a picture of it before hand.

Please feel free to critique honestly, I wont be offended. I am rarely satisfied with my aquascapes, but this one pleases me :)

Just realised they are ordered wrong. The second to last is the beforehand...

Thankyou, Natural is what I was going for. :D

Looks very nice I like the rock lay out a lot

Looks good! I think it's an improvement over the previous scape. Personally, I would add more branches coming down from the waters surface as well as maybe some kind of floating plant.

Thankyou :D I agree, It appears to reduce aggression aswell.

There is more branches at the rear, they just cant be seen because of the cloudiness. As for the floating plants, I think they would just end up in the overflow strainer. Unless some can be attached to the branches? Any suggestions?

I really like it. What are the dimensions on your tank? Just curious.

Thankyou! :)

The tank is 36" wide, 36" deep and 24" tall. I refer to it as the squashed cube.
