my new arowana (help)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yea do what the previous 2 said lol

I would just get them on Hikari Food Sticks right away. Break it in half before you give it to them at that size. I find smaller aros are easier to train on pellets, so why not start right away? = ). Once you get them on crickets its a nightmare to get them off.

yea crickets are like drugs like i said earlier

My aro was brought up on bloodworms. I introduced him to crickets one weekend, and after the weekend, went back to the bloodworms. he didnt mind the transition back to the BW's at all. i think the best way to go about is to get them to eat everything!

you cant go wrong with Hikari Food Sticks, their packed with nutrients and will also bring out the red in their fins :naughty:

im feeding them blood worms and they love it
i try feeding them hikary food stick but they didnt go for it, will keep trying with different stuff like you guys said thanks

another thing-- two of them have a little lump under the scales around the neck
both on the righ side like the size of a tick
any ideas on what it could be?
