Looks just like my green, it certainly isn't a banjar. And if its anything like my green it'll grow fast and you won't have to worry about it being eaten in a month or two, in fact I'd be much more concerned about the gar being eaten...

yea that is a gator gar i just got him to anuther freeby i just sold one for 200$ that was 28"! i got rid of him cuz he ate my peacock bass the same size as the one in the tank lol about 6"
