That looks really really amazing, any updated full tank shots?

Thanks.

I'll try and get a couple of new pictures. It changed up a little bit, I pulled out all the plants that didnt take well and I replaced them with more Java Fern, except this time I found some really nice, tall plants from my fish distributor.

The archers are gone, they didnt make it. They all stopped eating. They were eating great for the first couple of weeks and then one by one just refused everything. Blackworms, brine shrimp, krill, crickets, etc. I dont know what caused it. All the other inhabitants have been fine and eat great.

So, with the archers gone I filled her up to the top and added a young Datnoides polota in there now, so I just gave myself a legitimate reason to begin working on a larger version of this idea :D.

Whats the SG in your tank with the Datnoids... Im somewhat interested in them in brackish.

My SG is around 1.012 right now.

From info I have gathered while researching Datnoides, I beleive D. polota and D. Campbelli are the only species of datnoid that can be found in brackish in the wild. The other Datnoid species are really true FW fish, even though they are often listed as brackish fish.

Cool. Thanks for the info. Thats something I want to try, so Ill be looking into those speicies.

What type of eel have you got in there?

It's a FW Moray, Gymnothorax tile. He actually now resides in a brackish tank at the LFS I work at, as he started going after all my fish, despite the fact that he was heavily fed.

Sweet!

More pics!

AHHHH! A MOD!!!

better do what he says :)
