These are the mono I got from my local fish shop some time back when they are real tiny. Now grow very much bigger and my question is are they pure mono?

Thanks. They just develop these reddish finnages as they grow bigger.

I've never seen a mono with that much red, but that doesn't mean much. But what I can tell you is from the first picture they don't seem to have the long head and big under bite most monos have. Time will tell...

Hobbyists here are not so specialised in identifying PB like you guys here. That's why I rather pop the question here.

Btw, just took these pic some hours back.

The challenger which keep wanna challenge the alpha in the tank. Keep flaring and flaring...

The alpha also flare back

And who say PB don't pick up food from the floor? They will if they got no choice.
