Nice - I would not call that a baby though.
Well baby in the sense that hes not over 12"s

I love aros (My personal favorite fish) but the lfs around here, there is only one lfs here that has rare fish... he is one of my best friends and a really friendly guy (him and his wife own the lfs by themselves) but aros are REAL rare here and a jacked up 6"er with drop eye and ripped fins and missing scales was 60$ When I got my first one it was a PERFECT 6"er from the same guy for 48$ by the way these were silvers.

by the way very nice aro

not a baby. i would definatly say he is a baby, delicate little guy im sure. they had some that size at my lfs for $17. the store owner couldnt stress enough how baby and fragile they were. take care of him well im sure he will be a great monster in the future. wish i had the room for one . good luck with him :)

Dont mind at all he was 20.00, the LFS has had them since they were bout 2" an I wasnt going to buy another at that time. But there all good size now so I went for it, plus I think hes alot happier in my 29gal since he was in a 10 gal with bout 25 others.
That's a damn good price, I bought one a while back with the egg sack for about 15 bucks. Died in like a week because I couldn't get him to eat, I think they are way sensitive during that time anyways. Too bad I don't have any space right now, I would get some. :( Also 25 Aro's in a 10 gal, talk about crowded.

ya theyve been there for awhile to, I first saw them about a month ago an they were barely past the yolk sack stage. Id never buy any Aro when its in the yolk sack stage, There way to sensitive then. they were crowded but the tanks there are over filtered so the Aros there are worth it. there were bigger ones, but they were like 60.00 I think. The also had two of the leichartii Aros (1 per tank) for like 250.00, I have no idea if thats a high price or not for those.
