it looks as it was sealed and assemble in place. Buy the parts and assemble onsite, with this form of construction, skys the limit lol, as long as it seals good of course
What I think you should do is build a rack of 10 joined acrylic tanks suspended above your pond. Then buy a pump to pump water from it up to the series of tanks and let gravity bring the water back down the the pond. Then you could keep mantis shrimps, cuttlefish and seahorses in these.

I am also having problem with humidity.....
rains in my pond room on bad days ........I keep it out of the rest of the house with a sealed door. I would hate to have all that humidity in my house...
at least it's only a problem in the winter . summer I have a sun roof that opens.....
