To me, it's just a Thai kamalau mixed with a parrot(Tail and fins are kamfa) showing Thai KML dominant genes in color. Very similar bloodline as tan kings(obviously not a tan king, since it's not bred by Mr. Tan lol).

No head potential

FHs have many different looking faces and there are many out there with this exact same shape/looking head. He's a kml x kamfa, equivalent tan king FHs.
