The black piranha, or serrasalmus rhombeus, has a more wedge shaped head.. and would have distinctive red eyes at this size..

Lucifer. My gf now wife bought me a piranha in the past that was 6 inches and I had a school of 26 4" rbp 7 years ago. Long story short I had to put him in the tank cause he was about to die and he killed my babies one by one. His name was Damian.
