Get him some toys. I had a mirror, bought at a pet store for parakeets. I hung it in the tank for a few hours a day. My FH played with it every minute I had it in the tank. Didnt want him to become dependant on it.

Ok had this guy for 6 days and repair bill is climbing. One broking Emp 400-1 overflow box-2 power heads and 1 airstone. Is this normal of FH?

And to think, they say these are fish for good fortune =P

Almost looks like a fader as its dark. Or just low quality

Ok what is a fader? Never really liked flowerhorns till i seen this guy hurt in a lfs. Was in there dropping off some fish i didn't want and walked out with him and a EBJD. This guy don't like anything in his tank

A fader is a flowerhorn that has red devil or Midas in it or anything that fades like red Texas. It means that the fish will turn dark to almost black the fade to a yellow to red. They are called golden base I believe.
