hers a little update ... feeding are going well they are eating small live fish and cichlid granulate

Oscar's grow faster then pbass. The only pbass that might keep up with a oscar is a tem....and that's pushing it.

How would that be pushing it? My 10" tem is 6 months old, got him at 1.5"... Most oscars get 8-10" or so in the first year. I know of people that have 10-12" monos/ocells in the first year as well. Most oscars grow to about 8-10" in the first year then SLOOOOW their growth drastically.

You ever raised a oscar? well i raised 6 pimpin'
some of us here on MFK like to power feed there fish to fit in the "bigger" tank. My 6 oscar's grew from 2'' to 10'' in the first 6 months. As for tem's I kept one. 2'' to 10'' in the first 4 months. IME.....

To OP.......sorry about the derail. But you can keep the oscar in there with the mono/ocell's if you like. But i would wait to the pbass got bigger before i add the Oscar.
