My new Festae!

The male's really nice too, just hard to see in the picture, I was standing about 6' away from the tank when I took that, if I come any closer he ducks behind his favorite piece of driftwood. I think once the pair is together he'll be less timid and stressed and really start to show his true potenial.

my male has always kind of hid when I come up to the tank, but lately he's been starting to drop some balls, I'd say he started to gain a lot more confidence once he exceeded 8" or so. I'd suggest have a divider ready when you put the female in, just in case.

Mine's damn close to 8" now, you can tell he's getting curious of me and a little more comfortable with me being around, before he'd roll out as soon as I came in the room, now as long as I don't get too close too fast he'll just sit there and check me out.......and I've already got the divider ready to go ;)
